Data Auditing and Migration, Database Design, Management, and Optimisation
We help clients understand what data they have, where it lives, how trustworthy it is, and what needs to change to support better operations. Our audits cover spatial and non-spatial datasets, geodatabases, feature services, web maps, schemas, metadata, and platform dependencies, producing a practical inventory and a clear remediation plan rather than a purely theoretical review.
We have led complex migration programs across cadastre, utilities, rail, mining, environmental, and other large-scale domains. That work has included building ETL pipelines and, on one project alone, migrating more than 1,200 spatial databases into consolidated enterprise geodatabases. It has also included automating the conversion of hundreds of ArcMap MXD documents to ArcGIS Pro APRX projects, promoting services between DEV, UAT, and PROD, and creating audit tooling to track quality, completeness, and migration outcomes.
We also design and tune the databases behind these systems so they perform well once the migration is complete. Our experience covers SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQLite, Snowflake, Aurora, MongoDB, and DynamoDB, with a strong focus on schema design, indexing, spatial querying, data governance, and turning slow, fragile workflows into fast and supportable operational platforms.
